Add ”Week starts on Sunday” setting

I’m constantly just a little bit confused by the date selector. I kept thinking that it wasn’t scrolling properly, till I realized it’s aligning the week to start on Monday by design. Here in the United States, I’ve grown up with calendars where the week starts on Sunday (which also aligns well with the way that Sunday propers carry into the week’s ferias).

Adding a “Week starts on Sunday/Monday” setting would reduce some cognitive dissonance for locales including the United States.
